I called Central Lock Key Store to fix a broken garage door lock and I received excellent service. The technician, Ed, did an amazing job and was so friendly. I could tell from the way he talked about his work that he absolutely loved it. His attention to detail stunned me. There was a small patch of rust on the side of the door that he spotted and fixed up right away. If you need perfection, you won’t get it from any other locksmith in Santa Ana. I knew the time would come when I would need to get my locks changed.. the only thing I didn’t anticipate was it coming so early! The locks seemed perfectly fine, and when I found that they’d be vandalized to gain access to my property, I was completely taken aback! The locksmith I called from Central Lock Key Store examined the locks and found the inside made entirely of plastic! I couldn’t believe it! Johnson had the damaged locks replaced with new ones, which he assured were procured from a leading manufacturer. Two weeks later, my home suffered another attack, probably carried out by the same lot who had tasted success on their first try - but this time, the locks stood their guard! Extremely thankful to Central Lock Key Store! You guys should try them out if you’re looking for a locksmith in Santa Ana, CA! These guys are awesome! They showed up right when they said they would, were very friendly and efficient, fixed the lock quickly and charged exactly what they said they would. I will never use another locksmith in Santa Ana, CA. I've heard horror stories about locksmith's but these guys broke that mold. So happy to have found them and HIGHLY suggest you use them over anyone else, Central Lock Key Store THE COMPANY.
