I am very upset at the service man that came out to fix my washer yesterday and today. The washer just happened to run right while he was here but today it did the same thing it did before he came. He wouldn't let me explain and treated me very badly. He is hard to understand and he kept yelling at me to call the Whirlpool service people because I won't listen to him and he doesn't want to deal with me. My question was why did it work right for him but not for me or my husband. My granddaughter even tried to talk to him but he wouldn't even try to help us. I would like my $95.00 returned.
