General Locksmith Store is amazing! I had enquired with other locksmiths in Ozone Park for rekeying service but they weren’t familiar with the lock I had. When I sent pictures of the lock to General Locksmith Store, they instantly knew what make it was and told me they had the parts needed for the job. Kobe was super quick, efficient, and the service was excellent! Charges were reasonable and seemed lower than most. Highly recommend!

The problem I had with my door lock wasn't something they could fix, unfortunately, but the responsiveness, the flexibility with scheduling, and the recommendations they offered were all very helpful. Fellow named Scott showed up right on time and did a fantastic job leaving me with a better lock that was more well installed than I'd had before. It was a more labor intensive job than it could have been and he did the work admirably and I was charged the same rate discussed from the start.
