Jack seemed enthusiastic about his job and was a very fun person to talk to. He shared a few interesting tidbits from the world of locksmithing and offered great advice on keeping my locks in great shape, so I wouldn’t need frequent repairs. With such friendly, professional and affordable service, Expert Locksmith Shop has surely become my favorite in Orange, CT. I’m planning on a complete overhaul, get rid of those old locks and upgrade the security, sometime next month. I even saw a coupon on their website https://www.Orange.Expert-Locksmith-Shop.com offering a discount. Will definitely call them in!

I just had Expert Locksmith Shop change a lock on a newly acquired work space in Orange, CT. Dave and Expert Locksmith Shop exceeded every expectation I had. It was the perfect Customer Experience. I honestly can say that I am ecstatic I found a contractor I can trust and depend on. Dave was a super nice guy and was completely professional. Next time I have a need - I am going directly to Expert Locksmith Shop in Orange, CT they know to get things DONE.

I got locked out and called Expert Locksmith Shop tonight. Took them a bit longer to arrive than expected, but they more than made up for it with some of the best customer service I've ever had in Orange, CT. Guys were very friendly on the phone and in person. Scott did battle with an incredibly stubborn lock that would not give, and even made things harder for himself by not drilling out the protective plate. He could have easily have just insisted on drilling it out to make things simpler, but he worked around it. Then he took just as much time to make sure the new lock worked perfectly, even breaking out a small metal file to trim off a bit on the strike plate at one point. Through all the frustrations he was upbeat and friendly. I would have been throwing things and cussing up a storm. Definitely give these guys a try. I can't imagine you'll be disappointed.
