I first called Gallery Locksmith Store when I accidentally locked myself out of the apartment last weekend. The service was swift, and the prices affordable. The technician who arrived, Ed, made some suggestions on improving the home security for free and didn’t pressurize me to use his services again.
Happy with their service, I called them up again on 516-283-5808 of my own accord for an upgrade. The technicians were patient with my incessant inquiries and thoroughly explained what lacked and what could be done to fix it. The reasonable prices were an added plus to the excellent service. You should definitely try them out. Easily the best in Great Neck, NY!!

When I first scheduled to have my lock replaced, no one came to my apt. I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. I spoke with Jerry and he said he would personally come to complete the job. He was really nice. My security guards were giving us a hard time and he kept a good humor about the whole situation. He also upgraded my lock because of the issue with the first the appointment which I really appreciated. Todd was sweet, professional and prompt. I would recommend him to all my friends.
