The damage was done. The new lock I purchased from the hardware store with an intention to install it myself was now ruined. Defeated, I surfed the web and found https://www.Thornton.Super-Locksmith-Services.com. Eddie got there in minutes. Once he took a look at the lock, he informed me that it was a cheap counterfeit and that’s why it had been damaged so easily due to the rough handling. I felt completely stupid, having wasted 50 bucks on a useless lock. Eddie reassured me that he would fix the genuine one at a lesser price – and so he did. Wish I’d hired Super Locksmith Services in the first place, instead of wasting my time dabbling in stuff that was beyond me. If you live in Thornton , IL, hire them – they’re EXCELLENT!!!

Quick and great Locksmith Service. Price is the best in the area! I called and he came within 10-15 (probably depends on the area though) and literally opened my front door in a minute! You can tell he has years of experience. Hopefully I don't get locked out again but if I do Super Locksmith Services will be the one I call :)
