I’ve been a licensed real estate broker for 13+ years with an additional decade working in various corporate and consulting positions. The services I provide range from advising first time home buyers to portfolio investment strategies. I am experienced with all facets of real estate both residential, commercial and investment: including sales, construction, site development and selection. I possess expertise in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, consulting, business start-ups and marketing. My business philosophy is to advise and educate my clients to enable them to achieve their real estate objectives confidently in the best possible manner. I am client-driven, not transaction driven and spend a great deal of time understanding my clients aims so that I can advise them on the appropriate strategy necessary to save them time and money. Prior to the joining Berkshire Hathaway, I worked with Treasure Coast Capital Partners a boutique Mergers and Acquisitions Company providing finance and investment advice to mid size companies. My work with NewGen Technologies a start-up alternative fuel company was focused on site selection and development to strengthen the portfolio. I served with a regional commercial real estate development and sales group for several years where duties included sales, marketing, project analysis, valuations and strategic business consulting. I have maintained corporate financial and operational responsibility within the following fields over the years: real estate, renewable fuels, hotel and restaurants, marinas, consulting, wholesale and retail distribution. Additionally; I have acted as a consultant to translate information provided by CPA’s, estate attorneys, loan officers, financial planners and other professionals to make the best decision possible within the allotted time frame. I obtained my bachelor degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and hold an active real estate broker’s license in Florida. I work out of Melbourne, Florida.
