I hired a local firm to help with changing the locks of the property before the tenants moved in. Even after frequent reminders and two visits to the shop, I was left waiting endlessly for a technician to be sent. Finally, at around 10 pm I’d accepted the fact that no one was going to come and started looking for other options. Joe and his team got down to work immediately and managed to rekey all the locks within an hour. Despite the short notice and the overnight work, I wasn’t charged anything more than the base rate. I’m completely happy with Lock & Key Store and I’ll definitely recommend it to my family and friends in Sarasota , FL… hire them, you won’t be disappointed. These guys are the BEST!!

Despite the short notice, Lock & Key Store rushed to my aid. The usual locksmith I hired cancelled on me at the last moment, and I really needed the push bars fixed before the inspection. Ed and his team worked quickly and restored the exit locks to perfection in no time. Can’t thank them enough! Hire them if you need reliable service in Sarasota , FL 34239..

Boy am I glad my fiance found Lock & Key Store online. We just moved to Sarasota , FL and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out. Come 1 o'clock in the morning we come back home and we can not open the door. Called Jaffrey and did a quick Q&A then said he would be on his way. Come 20 mins later he's in Sarasota , FL to work on my lock. He finally got in, and finds out that the the key frame on the door was a hack job that's why it was interfering with the lock. So he grind it down for us and tried to make as little noise as possible to be considerate to our neighbors. After a good hour of work, he finally fixed the problem and he apologized to us that this situation happened (which wasn't his fault) and just walked away! Didn't even ask for any money. That's the type of service Jeffry provides. It was a very good experience, Jeffry is extremely polite, and the prices were very reasonable too.
