Karen and Elaine are wonderful. I was very nervous about getting my hearing tested. I didn't know what to expect. In fact I almost canceled my appointment. As soon as I walked through the door I felt at home and my nerves were calmed. The office was well appointed and so very clean. Both ladies are so sweet and caring. Karen educated me on my hearing loss and let me try aids right in her office. I could hear so clearly. Now I am in my 75 day trial period, very sure I will keep these aids.
