I would like to recommend Jeremy and his brother but I am holding up on this recommendation until I hear back from Jeremy. We have tried unsuccessfully since fall of 2013 to contact Jeremy in regards to service call on our brand new system installed in June of 2013. Jeremy recommended and wanted to check system prior to first winter and again in the spring of 2014. Both of these were scheduled and were never performed. I have been trying to contact Jeremy and his phone and website have been disconnected. We selected to go with Jeremy after his wife who is nurse works with family at Seton hospital in Kyle and recommended his services. We were also wanting to support service military member. .If Jeremy reads this and can contact us and make this right we will recommend his service and company. We are hoping this is an oversight on his part and he will call and make it right. If you know Jeremy maybe you could reach out to him to check in with us and follow up. We will update this recommendation as a positive experience after we hear back from Jeremy
and receive over due schedule maintenance check on our $5000 system as well as receive warranty papers that were never delivered as well.Thank you Lisa Grant [email protected]
