AVOID THIS BUSINESS at all cost. I cannot fully express our disappointment with this company though I will attempt to summarize. Ordered on 5/15, with 4-6 week delivery guaranteed, delivered on 8/11/14, with multiple follow up emails in the interim, Yes 3 months to receive product. Upon delivery, damage was noted with delivery company, photos and detailed notice sent to company...ignored, not proactive response to rectify the issues. My husband begin the assembly and began noting the multiple issues in craftsmanship. Examples - paint bubbling on panels, hardware was drilled incorrectly (then re-drilled adjacent to the hole to create a larger drill hole), measurements off by 1/4" in various locations throughout the mechanisms, missing the pre-drilled holes for the dowels to assemble the bed panels. Instruction booklet provided was printer on a desktop, you can tell where ink was running out with stripes on the page (for a $4K product is very unprofessional presentation). Mistakes & Issues can arise in business and its how you handle it that counts to the customer. We did nothing but chase down Margot & Joanne to hear us on the issues. Emails with photos of the issues provided, full description of issues. They ignored emails, did not return calls made no effort to show us they cared that they did not provide us a quality product.
