We have been totally impressed with the level of customer care and product quality received from Vectus. It has been amazing to be able to communicate directly with a high level technician when ever we have questions or need help. The quality of ISP has been solid, and in the one case we experienced problems, Vectus was aware of it before we were, and were already working on a solution. We continued with Vectus even after other internet options were available in our area, because we couldn't see any reason to give up the near perfect uptime and customer service. As our business migrates to full cloud-based file management and VOIP communications, we absolutely depend on a high uptime ISP and dependable bandwidth.
