Kelli impressed me first with her open, approachable sales style - she was genuinely interested in how she could help me reach my goals. Then, in the first week of my new job, she helped me achieve an almost impossible task - and blew it out of the water with a high-end promotional item that impressed the executives of my new company. For the last several years, Kelli has supported me via printing, direct mail, graphic design, and promotional items. She provides guidance when needed, additional options I hadn't thought of and exceptional, personal customer service. Client service like hers just doesn't exist anymore, and it is extremely appreciated.
