In December, 2013, Steve Kennedy received a settlement check for $8500 for an accident in 2008. After more than two months, I received a check written on the company account for $5667.00, my portion of the settlement. When I deposited the check, it was returned for insufficient funds, and my account fined. A second deposit produced the same results, followed by three overdraft notices on my account and a hold on my account. As of yesterday, I was still receiving overdraft notices. Although Mr. Kennedy produced a negotiable check this week, I wish to warn other potential customers of this firm of their unbusinesslike behavior.
