Party and event packages for kids and adults Literacy has been a HUGE interest of mine since I was a little girl. My passion for reading has impacted every aspect of my life, from my role as a mother to three beautiful children, to my role as an elementary school educator with the Clarke County School District. As a native Athenian, my goal has always been to contribute to my community in meaningful ways that positively impact children and families. Cooking with Books is the brain child of my beautiful children, who enjoyed our weekly "book and cook" sessions at home. They enjoyed choosing new books from their shelves to explore each week, and cooking up recipes that matched the theme or character of each book.
