Flexible hours & a comfortable environment!** Supervise and support individual's with special needs (Autism and other behavioral related disorders), including; passing medications, engaging in meaningful interactions, providing meals, offering socialization opportunities, working on short-term and long-term goals, and other duties as assigned. Communication with peers, families, and other providers to ensure continuity of care is essential as well. Our emphasis is working with individuals who have communication, sensory and behavioral needs and therefore many of our homes’ features include sensory play areas and sensory equipment, large backyards and home modifications to meet the safety needs of the most vulnerable in terms of behaviors. We provide structure, a safe environment and emphasize creativity when developing our programs to help individuals learn new skills and make safe choices. **Locations of group homes vary from Apple Valley, Lakeville, Burnsville, Rosemount, Ramsey, Anoka and Inver Grove Heights. However, the main office is located in Mendota Heights.
