I would never recommend this company to anyone. They sent out some guys to check my water leak in my house. The two guys showed up without uniforms or business cards, looked at my wet floor and went back to their company and wrote up a work order of a slab leak based on what another plumber had detected. When I called to talk to a plumber about doing their own leak detection I was never called back and the appointment I made, they never showed up to. The slab leak turned out to be just a wall leak after the dry wall was replaced but I never heard back from the company to get anything fixed. Also when I had talked to them the first time they quoted me a higher price with a higher payment out of my pocket then what they had quoted my home warranty who had contracted them. Do not ever use this company. They don't have experience and their customer service is terrible

I would never recommend that anyone use this company. I have spent 18 hours waiting for their plumber to show up spread over 4 days. The first day no one showed up, second day the plumber showed up 2 hours after the 4 hour window I was given and he was so late he was unable to do any of the work, the third and 4th day no one showed up either. When you call the office to talk to someone they are very unapologetic and have no reason as to why they aren't showing up when appointments are made. This company has the worst communication between its employees and no communication with its customers. On top of that they filed paperwork with our warranty company with the wrong information on it making the cost rise and them decided the work wouldn't be covered. This company lies and tries to scam you out of more money. I have no idea how they are still in business with the way they treat their customers.
