Home inspections done right providing clients with peace of mind. Hello, my name is Shawn Green, certified professional home inspector and President of Green Family Home Inspections LLC, a locally owned and operated full time home inspection company serving the Northeast and Central Ohio area. I am married to a wonderful woman and I'm a father of two beautiful children. A little boy and little girl. I have a combined 12 years experience in home maintenance, work safety, small structure building, leadership, and performing home inspections. I am certified through The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), the worlds most elite, non-profit inspection association and I'm also a member of ASHI, North America's oldest and most respected professional society of home inspectors. With me you will be getting an experienced full time home inspector who performs several home inspections each and every week. My goal as a home inspector is to educate my clients about the condition of the home so they can make an informed decision about life's largest purchase. My Promise to You Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspectors own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you.
