I loved this program, not only was I able to achieve my weight loss goals and feel healthier. I felt better about myself in general and I have to give the staff this credit. They are truly concerned for each and every client. It isn't just a walk in, weigh and measure kind of place. They are upbeat and motivating from the time I walked through the door. They would sit with me at each visit, review my progress, make suggestion, and encourage me no matter how long it took. They have great phone support also.
