As a certified life coach, I want to help you grow, change, develop, and achieve your life goals. While I will challenge you to live out your values and reach your potential, our relationship starts with your agenda, your values, and your initiative. You are responsible for your life. I will help implement your choices, but you will make the choices about what actions to take and what we work on together. Life can be hard at times especially if you don't have someone that you can lean on for support or motivation. That's where I step in. We are all striving to be a better version of ourselves and that takes time and a support system. The difference between me as a life coach and another type of coach (whether it be athletic or creative) is that I am not trying to enhance an individual skill or talent but rather am working at making you better as a whole. My objective is to enhance your best qualities, to build your self-confidence and raise your self-esteem, to have you stand up for yourself, make better decisions, and to help you gain a better insight into yourself and your relationships so that you can live a happier and more complete life. I received my coaching certification from Universal Coaching Institute, and have a BA in Psychology from The George Washington University. It has always been my passion to inspire and help others, and am very fortunate to be able to do so on a daily basis. Sessions can be in person in my office or your home or via Skype, Facetime or phone. I also do group workshops limited to 4-6 people if you have budget constraints or simply want test the waters.
