Our character and princess parties are designed to entertain royalty of all ages. Our professional entertainers are hired for their physical similarities to the princess or character they portray as well as their fondness for working with children. Our costumes are designed and handmade by talented seamstresses from California who have been commissioned to make some of Disney's own parade costumes. Every detail has been well thought out and planned to ensure that your child has the most magical experience possible! Once Upon a Fairytale only hires the best performers who also love to work with children. Each performer receives extensive, individualized training and has undergone a background check. Each one hour party includes a Grand Entrance, Games & Prizes, Balloon "Animals", Singing & Dancing, Face Painting, Special Gift for the Birthday Child and Photo Opportunities. One hour parties are designed for a maximum of 15 guests. Time extensions are available A $100 deposit is required to secure your character or princess party date and time. The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days prior to your event. If a party needs to be cancelled for any reason after the deposit has been paid, we will be happy to help you reschedule your event for another available time, however, deposits are non-refundable. The time for the party begins at the Grand Entrance of the character or princess - please consider this when planning your guests arrival time as performers will not be able to stay past the agreed upon time. Our characters and princesses will arrive to your party in costume but please provide a safe area with enough room for him/her and your guests to sing, dance and play games. Performers may accept gratuities for exceptionally royal service!
