DESIGN The first key of a quality home is the design. Whenever possible we feel it is best to get the builder involved early in the design process. We want the vision you have for your home from the beginning to be the home you move into. We will work with your architect on means and methods to create the construction specifications. We will work with you and your architect to select products for your home that have the look and quality you want, while maintaining your budget BUDGET After finalizing the plans and construction specifications, we will compile a realistic, comprehensive budget. We will obtain detailed bids to minimize the need for change orders. Stromatt Homes does not take shortcuts in the materials or systems we bid. All of our costs are up front and will be presented to you for review. If changes need to be made we will work with you and your architect to create solutions that respect your budgetary needs.. IMPLEMENTATION Once the budget is approved we will begin construction. We work with vendors and subcontractors with whom we have years of experience. They have come to know our expectations for detail and quality. Communication is key during this step in the process. We will schedule regular meetings with you to go over the schedule or any concerns you have throughout construction. We will also be in regular contact with your architect. Your home is not finished until you are completely satisfied.
