Billy, you need to call me and set up a time and pay what the courts ordered you to pay. We need to get this done now.On 10-5-2015, I signed a contract for $3000.00 with Billy Bohannon (DBA BoJangles Roofing and Remodeling) for a 20' X 22' addition to my existing barn. This was to include Treated Lumber for the poles and stringers, new metal for the roof and sides, a 10' sliding door and a 30" walk through door. The contract was to be completed by 10-30-2015. Work started on 11-3-2015 when he laid out the location of the addition and started setting the pylons. Billy Bohannon told me that if I would help him dig the holes he would give me a $150.00 break on the building. I wanted the barn built so I agreed to do this. On 11-10-2015 Billy Bohannon set the poles on the pylons, installed the rafters and the stringers for the walls. On 11-25-2015 Billy Bohannon put some stringers on the sides of the building and on the rafters. On 12-10-2015 Billy Bohannon installed two half round used windows and left. On 12-14-2015 Billy Bohannon installed the sliding door header and asked for another $250.00. I told him I needed more work done before I would pay him any more money. This was the last day that he worked on the building. I had my attorney send him a letter requesting he complete the job and to call us to get this resolved. He called on December 12-22-2015 and said he'd be out on 12-28-2015 to complete the job. He didn't come out.
