I obtained my law degree from Loyola University in New Orleans, LA in 1987. I am admitted to all courts in the State of Louisiana, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. I worked as an Attorney for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for 4 years. I was an Administrative Law judge for the State of Louisiana and heard over 750 cases.
