Specializing in rehabilitating and toning the belly and strengthening the spine! CORE class: 90 degrees, 75 minutes. The classic Fire Within Yoga class with standing poses, full abdominal routine, spine and heart strengthening. Mondays 10 am & 6:15pm Wednesdays 10 am & 6:15pm Saturdays 10 am RESTORE class: 80 degrees, 75 minutes. All seated and prone postures.
