We purchased a used treadmill for our home and quickly found that it was not in "Excellent" condition as advertised. We worked with Michael Mungovan to get us a hard to find cover for the front of the machine that was broken. He was professional, courteous, and was able to find the parts we needed quickly and at a great price. A few weeks later he checked back in with us to make sure everything was still working well and provided us with some treadmill lubricant. Who knew a treadmill needed so much maintenance?
