Kids We offer classes for all ages: Dragons (4-6), Prep (7-9), and Teens (10 and up) Dragons: Ages 4-6 Our Dragons class is tremendously popular. Students work on focus, control, attitude, honesty, and following directions. Students learn important life skills while focusing on exciting martial arts curriculum. Additionally, Dragons practice polite greetings, making eye contact, and working with partners. In all of our programs, fitness is a priority. Regularly, Dragons are challenged with obstacle courses: surviving hot lava, crawling through tunnels, jumping over “rocks”, and other exciting exercises to build their coordination, core strength, and balance. Dragons earn 14 different levels of white belt based on attendance and positive attitude. Each class is energetic, encouraging, and a lot of fun. Prep: Ages 7-9 During exciting martial arts classes, we will be learning focus, confidence, and discipline-life skills that our students use every day in their classroom, home, and social life. Beginning at age six, our students gain self-confidence, self-discipline, self-defense, as well as respect for others. We focus on building strength, and stability through engaging games and fun drills in class. Teens: Ages 10 and up We combine practical martial arts self-defense along with valuable life skills. Martial arts will help students build self-esteem, reinforce good choices, and help combat peer pressure.
