Rock Star FIIT is fitness classes for moms and kids. Personal training is also available for moms, kids and high school seniors needing PE credits. I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a masters degree in Early Childhood Development. As a former cheerleader for The Ohio State University, wife and mother of two I have a great passion for fitness and kids. This is how Rock Star FIIT was created. It is Fun Intense Interval Training for busy moms and kids.
