Let me start off with I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SO CALLED "BUSINESS" I made a purchase of a car decal on May 27th. I received a "shipping confirmation" on June 6th. By June 14th I became worried I hadn't received it yet and attempted to contact vinyl expressions via telephone only to have a man answer and tell me that vinyl expressions must have gone out of business because he just recently got that phone number and had received many phone calls from people looking for vinyl expressions. He apologized but me, thinking I had just thrown my money away to a company who basically stole it, I reached out via Email...days went by and I still heard nothing. Then I reached out via the vinyl expressions Facebook page and left a 1star review and it was not until I did this that I got an email stating that my order had indeed not been shipped but had merely been "accepted" and that their system automatically sends out a shipping email when it is accepted for some reason. I asked how much longer it would take and I was assured that it would not be much longer. Well it finally arrived today. July 5th. 39 days after ordering! It doesn't stop there though! The package arrived wrinkled and sure enough so was the sticker! When i attempted to peel off the backing sticker to adhere to my window the letters with the most important information for my customers to reach me peeled off and wrinkled in to unreadable elementary student wrote it! Unusable. They also refused to refund my money!
