This is the worse company I have ever dealt with I ordered from "Que" on November 6th, I was told I would receive a tracking number via E-mail which I never received so after a large number of un answered calls I finally received and E-mail from Rodney on November 17th stating he would send me a tracking number and I would be compensated for my wait. so I am now at November 26th I have yet to receive the part that I ordered I have called a number of times and finally Kasey answered she was supposed to call me within 30 minutes to give me a tracking number. it has now been 24 hours and still my call has not been returned. I would suggest never ordering form this company.

I was a potential customer of this company in early July 2013, but to date I have yet to receive the part that I had ordered nor has a refund been sent to me even though the CEO/Owner informed me in October 2013. It is now January 2014 and I have stopped waiting for a phone call back, which has yet to happen and am now resorting to legal action to get back the money that I spent on a possibly imaginary/non-existent part. This is probably one of the worst companies with which I have done business with and that says a lot as I have purchased items from legitimate companies on-online for 15+ years. I know what it takes to run a business well as I have seen a lot of small businesses in my day and have family members that own businesses, so I cannot excuse the lack of responses via email or phone, much less after a payment has been received. I would suggest that you do not purchase anything from this company or give them your money unless you have the part(s) in hand!

I paid for my roof rack on November 21st and have yet to receive item or tracking number. I filled a Pay Pal dispute and they contacted me almost imediately and said they would send me the tracking but that I had to close the dispute so they could ship. This was a lie so that I would no longer have protection thru Pay Pal and will now have to file claim with CC card used. Please do not use this company I don't think they ever planned on sending me anything. All they have done is taken my money. 12.9.14
