Very unprofessional man named Ryan DeRoo from Kelley Tree Service in Danvers. Made a schedule with me for a Large Tree project and NEVER even showed up. When I told him not to bother, he called me screaming obsenities and actually said "Maybe I should come over to your house, so we can discuss your attitude. Is this behavior typical of anyone representing a business that wants to get more business? This man did not stop there when I told him that he would never come in my yard. He continues to post defamatory rubbish about me, and it is four months after this happened. I have options and have delayed. It is not morally acceptable for someone to do as this sociopath continues to do. He just cannot get over the fact that I had posted an honest description of how poor his service and attitude was. I have been trying to be patient about this, but I am losing my patience lately, I see the absolute lies that this disturbed man continuosly keeps posting about me. He uses my Name. He uses my Address and he distorts the truth to the point that it is absolutely ridiculous. As consumer's, should we be entitled to respect and dignity? Should we have to be concerned that our Name, Address and Personal Cell Phone be used in a campaign to trash our reputations, because we did not see eye to eye? I cannot warn enough people about this guy who represents "Kelley Tree Service at 26 Mill Street in Danvers, MA This man has NO ethics at all. In my opinion you should steer clear away.

Kelley Tree Service never showed up for Ron Holloway's of 45 Vine St Saugus MA "big job" because we never scheduled to do any work for him in the first place. Mr. Holloway is an indigent, and sadly disturbed individual who was unable to afford our quote, and thus was refused service. When told that we would not be working for him after we refused to discount our quote, he became upset and threatened to write bad reviews all over the Internet, and "cost us a lot of business". Anyway, come to find out, no one pays attention to sad little Ron, and his incoherent rhetoric, so business has been better than ever! We look forward to hearing from you!
