BUYER BEWARE! If I could give a negative 10, I would. Would not refund $7,600 paid for work not completed after I had to fire him for not upholding his end of the agreement. All work that was performed (and paid at premium $) needed to be corrected as best as possible. Slab was slopped! SERIOUSLY, NOT LEVEL! Professional company told me roof had no underlayment, caulking and what was left of shingles that did not fly off were installed upside down. Heavy leaking created additional necessary internal repairs. Had a fence installed, gates were inoperable and several pickets needed replaced within 2 years of installation. While there is much more, best to save yourself aggravation, disappointment and money. Glendon confidently overcharges for this incompetence.
