To whom it may concern:
The past several months, Roibeard,LLC/ Robbie Ordway, has successfully completed various projects at our place of residence in Lynnwood, WA. Robbie organized and orchestrated all phases of the projects to a complete and satisfactory finish, and his abundant construct. Knowledge and wealth of subcontractor connections, made each phase a continuous and harmonious flow.
His eye and expectation for detail is constant. His phrase, "If you're happy, I'm happy", was stated quite frequently and was a MUST at the end of each day. His punctuality, dependability, and willingness to do "whatever it takes" attitude, was always 100%. He is self-sufficient and is due in part to a very full stock of tools.
Briefly, some of the projects were:
A) 1,200 sf. replaced cedar decking with bench and wheelchair ramps.
B) 100 lineal feet replaced custom cedar fence.
C) Replaced and redesigned custom wood/storage outbuilding.
D) Built and installed 30 lineal feet custom post and picket railing on existing entry deck.
E) Foundation re-stabilization.
F) Complete custom major remodel of master bathroom to facilitate 100% handicapped needs, which included large tiled walk-in shower.
