I strongly recommend this company to anybody be'cos we had a septic problem which we can't resolve for 2 months or more - we tried every means and even calling professional companies which quoted 3 or 4 times the rates but refused to commit on guaranteeing they'll be able to resolve it despite many yrs of track record customer service. We even turned to considering renting professional equipments ourselves but again many other constraints such as high rental costs and also we lack the knowledge what type of equipment to rent, etc. Then someone recommended Mr Ray Romero and we tried him as a last resort. Also, I liked the way he impressed upon me on the phone on his pride and confidence in his work. He turned out to be Godsent ! Not only does he deliver but he dared to guarantee he'll help resolve it at a fraction of the cost - he even promised to come back to help for free if it can't be resolved on the first try. Also, we are grateful, he's in Albuquerque and we're somewhere near Taos, a good 3hrs drive, he had the good heart to be willing to help after hearing our desperation. Well, he managed to resolve the problem on the same day at a fraction of the cost it would have cost us elsewhere using his equipment and without much fuss unlike what the pro companies said and quoted. We remained very satisfied and impressed with his service that's why we strongly recommend anyone who needs help in this area.
