The only student complex for single students within close walking distance of Southern Utah University built in the last seven years. Thunderbird Landing Student Housing complex, located in Cedar City, Utah is currently under construction, and is scheduled for completion of Phase One prior to the beginning of the 2013 Fall Semester. ​ It is the only student complex for single students within close walking distance of Southern Utah University built in the last seven years. ​ The complex offers furnished six-bedroom units, where every tenant has a private bedroom and a private in-suite bathroom. Each housing unit features two living rooms, a clothes washer and dryer, free powerful wireless internet, free cable TV, air-conditioning, and a full kitchen.
