I hit the garage door opener and heard a pop. Spring broke and spring and pulley were hanging down. Called this company as I had to get to work and couldn't close the garage door. At first they couldn't come until around 4:00 but when I explained the difficulty of my situation I received a call back ten minutes later that technicians would be on site within an hour. The technicians arrived on time and gave me the quick fix option and the preventive maintenance option (garage door was installed in 1993 and first time there was an issue). I opted for the preventive maintenance and they were in and out within an hour. Door working perfectly and has additional safety features now. Left the area without a trace that they were ever there....neat and clean. Recommend highly!
