I have had a great experience with Premier Property Services when my A/C had issues. Karen and the staff are so helpful and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. They get the job done and it gets done right! Karen even helped me more when she fixed miscellaneous things around my apartment, all on her own time.

We are very pleased to recommend Premier Property Services for maintenance, repairs, painting, and general handyman type of work. We had a huge list of items for our rental property that needed expert attention. Karen and her crew were more than what we hoped for. Karen has an outstanding eye for what needs to be accomplished, from general repairs, paint color recommendations, cleaning, construction, on & on. Their work was better than expected, their pricing was highly competitive, and I will definitely use them for future needs. It's so great to find a contractor who works hard, takes pride in their job, is on time, and goes the extra bit.
