Self-defense, Stranger Danger and Bully defense, health and wellness, martial arts Our style "Calm Water" was created by 5th degree black belt John Lee. He created a style of self-defense that empowers everyone to take care of themselves, should a threat present itself. John is a 17+ year law enforcement officer and a Florida State certified defensive tactics instructor. He teaches cops, military, civilians, adults, children, men, women -there is a class for everyone. The child classes are based upon stranger danger and bully defense and have more traditional values than the adult class. For the competing martial artist, we have a tournament team, open to all ages within the school. So, come start your journey with us, we would love to have you be a part of our Calm Water family.
