PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS IN FINANCE, REPORTING AND IT ... Project Management, Analytic Tool Development and Temporary Assignments Project Management - According to recent surveys, 68% of IT and Finance technology projects result in either failure or sub-optimal results. With 25+ years experience in Project Management and staffing, I eliminate much of the risk associated with every engagement. Temporary and Contract Assignments - Whether you need training for your existing or newly hired staff, temporary subject matter expertise, a position filled temporarily due to illness or family leave, or are just experiencing a spike in volume that requires a short-term solution Analytic Tool Development - Most Finance organization's have a wish list of tools and applications that need to be built, but because their staffs are busy, and there is no budget for an additional FTE, the wish list remains just that. I build and document solutions, and then train and pass off the tools to your existing staff
