DCTS is a 501(c)3 Human Services Agency providing Educational, Referrals, and Consulting services for at-risk youth, individuals or families experiencing various forms of abuse, (e.g. domestic, sexual, addictions), destructive behaviors, self-esteem issues, parenting, and relational issues.
