After contacting several mobile detailing services in the Inland Empire by phone I settled on Black’s Magic Mobile Detail. My sense from the conversation with Jim was that he was, thorough, customer-centric and wanted to do a good job. My wife’s car was 9 years-old and had not been detailed since we purchased it brand new from the dealer’s show room floor. Jim and his wife Shelley showed up ready to go. They first outlined everything they would be doing in sequence and asked if there were any special concerns or areas of the car in which we wanted them to focus. After discussing a few they went to work. Jim and Shelley worked tirelessly in 100 degree heat for nearly 4 hours. They were attentive, careful and focused on the detailing but more importantly, on creating a lasting service experience that is rare nowadays. Jim and Shelley were friendly, outgoing and took a great deal of care to let us know what they were doing as well as what we could expect when they were finished. We were not disappointed.
