Chris implemented a software system which tracked employee production down to the minute. This allowed DPMS to quote with greater accuracy, and allowed the company to expand even further. The Machine Shop at Fabriweld is a network of Mazak, Cincinnati, and Wotan turning centers. Combining manual equipment with CNC machines, Fabriweld selects the perfect system for your project to be completed efficiently and with the highest attention to detail. Our Cutting Department has the capacity to run on a 24 hour cycle, with two Amada Laser systems and a Plasma Cutter. The lasers cut stainless, aluminum and carbon steel up to .750 inch thick and as little as .175 inch wide. Our Plasma Cutter has the ability to cut steel as thick as 8 inches. Our burner, plasma laser cutting machine is capable of custom projects on a smaller, more versatile scale. Having this laser gives Fabriweld Tennessee cutting personnel the freedom to complete work quickly and at a cost savings which we pass on to our customers. The Assembly Department at Fabriweld is a well oiled machine in itself. Taking multiple components to create the final product, our skilled craftsmen combine the skills of machinists and fabricators with the focus of an engineer to ensure all parts come together seamlessly.
