A non-profit community outreach assistance program that assists families with children ages 6 weeks to 17 years of age. We identify specific community problems and research a wide variety of services that can be utilized to solve them. Our mission is to encourage children’s education, safety, health and well-being.Our goal is to connect community leaders with those families in need of specific services
