The owner of this company, Jayne McDonald, was extremely rude and unprofessional to me, as well as a few other customers today, as witnessed during my time at this sale. There were many non-priced items, so we had to ask her for prices, as she was the only one working the sale who was allowed to price items (her words, not mine). She was very overwhelmed by the pricing questions and was visibly irritated. When I asked for prices on some items that were not marked, before giving me prices for those items, Jayne quoted an increased price for books that had been clearly marked by signs with prices. When my husband quoted the sign ("Books $1. If you have questions, ask Jayne), Jayne curtly stated that the sign did not include the bigger books, her tone implying that we should have known that information. When Jayne miscounted the total for the items that she had just quoted me, I said that I came up with a different total, to which Jayne replied, "You know, you are starting to get on my nerves." This woman is not in the right field if she thinks this is the way one should treat customers. The people for whom she is selling will lose money because customers will set down items and walk away without purchases, as did I because of this experience.

There were many non-priced items, so we had to ask her for prices, as she was the only one working the sale who was allowed to price items (her words, not mine).
