"I am writing this letter in regards to one of your plumber Leo, that installed a replacement water heater in my mother's home. I would like to start off by noting, I was more than impressed with his work and also how he carried your company's name. When homes are built, you can always tell when the profit margin outweighed the practicality of appliance placement. My mother's house is a prime example of this statement, as the water heater was located in the most impractical and utterly stupid location. Quickly and efficiently, Mr. Leo was able to install the new heater without disturbing the living area in the slightest bit. I believe that people in this world are quick to inform an employer of poor service and rude employees yet do not take the time to compliment them when an outstanding job is performed. I can tell you, Mr. Leo was a pleasure to have in our home and his work ethic is a prime example of exactly how a customer would like to be treated.
