Not a fan at all, but will be telling everyone I know NEVER to use your service! Worst customer service ever and 3 no shows is more than anyone should have to put up with.

Exactly what the review above says! DO NOT GIVE DIAMOND BRIGHT CLEANING 1 CENT!! I have paid this company $301 and my windows are still dirty! I bought a voucher from Living Social for $119 in July. I took the morning off for the scheduled appointment and noone showed up and didn't answer the phone or return my messages until after NOON! When Matthew finally did show up without any equipment and clearly not dressed to work he told me that my windows needed alot more work than I had ordered on the voucher and it would cost an ADDITIONAL $400! And he demanded 1/2 down or $200 on top of the $119 that he had already claimed "USED" from Living Social! He left and ASSURED me he would be back ALL DAY on July 27th (we very carefully scheduled that day based on our mutual schedules). On that day I took the whole day off from work because he told me the appointment would take 12 full hours to complete and that he would start at 8 a.m. or before. He again did not show up and did not call until almost NOON after I had left him numerous messages! After 2 days of lost work time and many rude texts about "fine print" in the contract (which says nothing that he claims it does, I have read it very thoroughly), I demanded my money back. I was then told that he had spent all the money in his business account and he wasn't going to take it out of his personal account. I am filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau, and a Lawsuit in Small Claims Court
