He originally came to us on a service call and has graciously accepted our telephone calls over the last few weeks as we have needed advice regarding certain issues. Yes, there are other pool service companies but I can't believe there is another that features this level of knowledge, desire to help, dedication and working beyond any ordinary level than PP&S. Bob will never disappoint, will always do what is necessary and if necessary, go beyond to make sure you and your pool are happy. Any problem, big or small, is attended to and done so with great spirit and as is imbedded in the name, professionalism. I would never look to any other service for any reason.

We contacted PPSS as we had been let down by several other pool service companies who had promised us the world but failed to deliver the basics. You will not find a more professional attitude towards pool service in the Sugarmill Woods area. Bob, straight off the bat, tells you that he is not the cheapest out there, frankly I dont care what he charges, I have tried the cheapest and the cheapest sucks. Bob tells you what he is going to do and then he does it, no empty promises. Well worth the price. We love our pool and would not trust it to anyone else.
