I was very impressed by Bob's knowledge of pool issues. He originally came to us on a service call and has graciously accepted our telephone calls over the last few weeks as we have needed advice regarding certain issues. Yes, there are other pool service companies but I can't believe there is another that features this level of knowledge, desire to help, dedication and working beyond any ordinary level than PP&S. Bob will never disappoint, will always do what is necessary and if necessary, go beyond to make sure you and your pool are happy. Any problem, big or small, is attended to and done so with great spirit and as is imbedded in the name, professionalism. I would never look to any other service for any reason.

We contacted PPSS as we had been let down by several other pool service companies who had promised us the world but failed to deliver the basics. Bob did not "BS" us at all, we appreciated his honesty in relation to the issues he found regarding our pool. His pricing was more than fair considering the level to which he works, he even brought cookies for our dog! We join the list of forever customers, a list which we believe will continue to grow. Thank you PPSS, we are now enjoying our heated pool again.
