West Central Construction is a father and son ran business. Mark and Micah have over 50 years of combined experience. Our company offers a combination of practical skill and education that is hard to find in a small construction company. This gives us the ability to provide all our clients with superior customer service, quality, efficiency, and cost effective projects. We don’t ever plan to build more than six homes a year because our company is focused on quality versus quantity. Mark has 42 years in the construction industry and resides in Otterville, MO. Mark has built over 100 homes, worked on over 150 heavy/civil bridge projects, was in carpenters union for over 10 years, and his first large construction project was working on Truman Dam in Warsaw MO. Micah has over 15 years of construction experience and resides in Lee's Summit, MO. Micah has a Bachelor of Science in Technology with an emphasis in Construction and a minor in Construction Management from UCM, is working on his Master of Science in Industrial Management from UCM, is working on obtaining his real estate license and is co-owner of West Central Lawn and Landscaping. Through the years Mark and Micah have worked on multiple projects together and created a great team. Micah began taking on his own construction projects while attending college. During Micah’s junior year of college Mark and Micah decided that it only made sense to team up, go into business together, and expand on the construction clientele Mark had established over the years.
