I had to move several very heavy and difficult items (8 bookcases, a large desk, numerous heavy boxes with books), and I thought it would take a very long time, and certainly everything would not fit into the truck. I was proved wrong: Kai, Gerard and Kevin managed to get everything done fast, in a very professional manner, and loaded the truck in such a way that everything did fit. I was very impressed with their work, and with their attitude. Moving is always a stress, and seeing these smiling, friendly, most helpful guys doing it so well was a welcome relief, I am very grateful for their help: they really ran this proverbial extra mile for me, and did it graciously.
